The Ball's In Your Court

Ever do something wrong and feel like a sincere apology does absolutely nothing? That's how I've been feeling the past week, and I'm one of those people that likes to have everything running smoothly, so until I'm assured of that, this is going to be bugging me for a while.

Ya know, I'm one of those type of people that's mature enough in which if I ever make a mistake, I will sincerely apologize for it.

And you have the people who choose to be better about it, accept it, and move on.

Then you have people on the other hand, in which it almost feels like they WANT to sulk and bask it in for as long as possible.

Wanna know what? When I meet people that aren't able to accept an apology, well.....I'm like, "Ya know, I said I was sorry, I told you I felt horrible, and I'll never make that mistake again....but if you aren't capable, or willing, to believe that, then it's YOUR failure to be the better person."

And that's that.

I guess it's a little bit of my arrogance. hehehe
